Double Disc Plate For Cub motorbikes...

Usually most cub motorbikes comes with just single disc plate for the front braking system.... Or even just a drum brake system... well... my bike started with just drum brake system... then add single disc... and make double disc brake system once i've got the idea and budjet to custom made them...

the cost is kinda high to make this double disc brake system... and high level of creativity in customizing stuffs... :P.... i've collected my money and all these are made by myself and thanks to some ideas i got from the net... :)...

It starts with making the hub to attach on to the front rim.... procedures shown in the pictures bellow... btw... the hub is taken from a Yamaha Lagenda or LC135, or 125z... the ones that uses spoke rims...

measurements to make the hub... forgot the thickness of it...

Cut off the part needed from the hub as in the picture...

cut off until it is as the pic on the left.. then send to the machinery shop to lathe as in the pic on the right... follow the measurement in the first pic...


the rest of items u need... disc plate, fork(the same as the right fork), brake caliper, brake hose...


lathe the rims as well as in the left picture... the right picture is with the hub on it...


both disc plate attached onto the rims...


the rims with the discs fixed on the fork... btw... the bracket for the left caliper need to be custom made as well...


and the brake lines need to be divided into two... a custom made brake nut is made... well... no idea how to explain but its a normal nut that have been drilled for two hose... the brake fluid will go to both of the brake calipers....

One last thing to do is fill in the brake fluid and "bleeding" the lines... takes damn long to bleed the lines since these's two calipers... takes a few hours for it to be completely ready...

Braking power is damn strong after installing the double brake system... need some time to get used to it... and i've got in an accident once just because the braking is too strong... good like trying for those interested in doing this... :)....

My First Time

Well... there will always the first time for what ever thing that we ever do in our life... First time burping as when we were baby... first word that we ever spoken(which i don't know)... first time on a aeroplane, car, bike, cycling, shopping, kissing, loving, heart broken, 1st day in school, college, this, that, and what so ever thnggy, :P....

hmm... I know most of you who reads the title of this post might think that i'm gonna post about my 1st time "$#%^& )"??? whahahaha... well...thats not it... :P... since i've never done that yet(as if ur gonna believe that)... :P... the 1st experience which happened to me today was that i got in a minor car accident... :S...

kinda funny actually... i was with two of my cousins today going to some shop in Jalan Klang Lama... to buy some stuff since they just moved in to a new house recently... i'm not sure of the exact name of that particular place when "it" happen just now...

driving like normal and safely as i usually do.. hehe... gave a signal to the left as i was going for the left turning... the distance of the car in the lane where i'm going to turn in was actually still far and enough for me to safely turn in to that lane... i'm not sure whats with that dude that hit me was actually thinking since he was suppose to slow down or even emergency break if he was about to hit me... i didn't even hear squelching tire which you will definately hear when someone is doing an emergency break... he must be dreaming or something...

as he hit me(my car) he rolls down the window and looking at the part of his car that hit me.... we went to the side of the road and stop...he seemed calm and cool at 1st as he was walking out and looking at his cars condition... i was still cool and still in control... i wasn't sure of how bad was my cars condition... after inspecting my car.. it was just a small dent... which is kinda easy for me to fix actually...

then i confronted him saying that he was the fault of this accident... slowly he starts stutter and shake as we were negotiating... i was damn sure that he was freaked out... not sure if it was me and my piercings or because of the incident... but then he was just freaking fine when he just walk out of the car... his hands was shaking like mad... hahaha.... he was taller than me and slim... i kept in my straight face on the whole time... i gave him choice if he wanted this to be solved at the police station or just here... but he wasn't firm with his decision... seeing him shake as he was really afraid makes me laugh in my thoughts... wahahahaha.... btw,, he didn't even dare to look at me as we were going through the negotiation.... wahahhahahha!!!!!!

since my car just have a minor damage on it and his even worse than mine, i just told him to just settle by our own selves... his stuttered speech and his shaking hand was damn obvious the whole time.. whahaha....!!! then we went back in the car and drove away... we started laughing like hell in the car because of that dude's reaction throughout the whole negotiation!!! waahhahahahahahahahhahaa!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! since it was my 1st time involved in the accident, me and my cousins went of to buy lottery number of my car... but then the result came out none... :S... wahahha... but still i have to fix that dent on my car... :S... once i've got the time then i'll do it.. hehe... :P.... so everyone!!! DRIVE FREAKIN SAFELY!!!! this is to avoid from hitting some innocent people like me... wahahahahahahha!!!!!!!!!!

Experiece riding a Kawasaki EN-6R..!!!!

Yesterday a friend of my dad came with his friend's bike... a Kawasaki EN-6R!!!.... Closest thing to a superbike i've ever ridden... it is freaking fast!!! The 650cc engine was damn responsive and powerful!!! but sitting on the bike was kinda awkward since you'll be sitting on it straight... unlike chopper and superbike... on a chopper u'll be leaning slightly to d back while a superbike you'll be leaning slightly to the front...

Kawasaki EN-6R

Kawasaki EN-6R is is a type of a "naked bike" or a "standard bike"... commonly called a naked bike... acceleration of the bike was smooth, fast, responsive and freaking nice... i rode the bike around the corner like GP riders.. wahhahaa... :P... leaning to the sides as going through the sharp corners... the tire grips on to the ground like glue... my knee almost touches the road... goin 100km/h at that particular corner... :P...

Speeding in a straight line was exhilarating!!! engine rpm reaches 11,000rpm!!! but too bad i cant get a longer straight line to try out the top speed of the bike... i only made it up to 180km/h only.... it can still go way faster than that for sure... :P.... i did 200km/h before on a small bike(110cc bike) ... but the feeling is way different... i would like to ride over 200km/h someday... on a superbike!!!! aarrgghhh!!! i want one!!!!

i did rode a Harley-Davidson before... 3 of them... 2 of them were Harley-Davidson Sportster and another one i cant recall the model... the same person let me tried all those bikes... he often came with different bikes... borrowed bikes actually... but then i still get to try them out... riding these bike is kinda different feeling since it was ment to ride comfortably cruising through a long distance riding.... the engine is also powerful but then i only manage to reach 160km/h on the harley on the same straight line i did on the Kawasaki EN-6R... :P.... its kinda heavy plus it's ment to cruise... :P....

well.. he himself did own two big bikes last time... a Kawasaki Vulcan 500cc... then he change to a Kawasaki Vulcan 800cc... was awesome too... since both of that bike was the 1st big cc bike i've ridden... its damn addictive riding on these types of bikes... unlike car,, riding a bike requires u to lean to the sides while cornering... it is for balancing the bike on the corners and counter the G-force u'll experience doing corners at high speeds... even in low speeds as well... but u wont be feeling the force since ur leaning wile cornering... if u drive a car and doing corners at high speed... i'm sure u'll feel ur self being pushed to the opposite side of the direction where u'r making that corner... :P.... some minor info bout riding motorbike... hahahha... plus its not as easy as driving a car... car is way easier to drive compared to a motorbike... a big bike to be exact... :P i want one superbike!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Prom Night Two Two Ten Ten

Wooohhhoooo!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Prom was awesome!!!. sort of... :P.... hahahha... well... lets start from the beginning... :)... i don't actually have a proper transport to go to One World yesterday... i ask around and most of them cant and some don't know how to get to my place... :S... then finally i've got Ranjie to pick me up... but she was going to go there a bit ealier than i would myself since i was just a guess only... :)... Ranjie got some work to do since she's in SC... :).... well... it was ok for me...

around 5.20 Ranjie callled... saying she's gonna come to my place to pick me up... she wanted to avoid the traffic jam so she wanted to come earlier... but i wasn't ready... rushed myself to prepare... mandi... make up... hahahah... :P just the hair... haha... checked everything in case i forgot something... then we left for One World... Ben was also with us... :)...

reached One World aroung 6.15... most of them were there already... everyone was perfectly well dressed... :)... including me... wahahhaha... :P.. i got my mask with me as well and a lot wanted to see it for real since most of them saw how i made it in the previous post in my blog... :)... positive feedback all d way!!1 wooohhooo!!! its worth d time and effort making the mask!!! hehehehe... :P.... well check out my previous post if u wanna see how i made it.. :)

one thing i wasn't satisfied bout the event was that i didn't get the table that i booked for... GRRR!!!! wasn't satisfied at all!! it was suppose to be somewhere near the stage... then they placed us all the way at the back... hmmm... not gonna say much bout that... some other minor stuffs also annoys me somehow... but nevermind... i still had fun despite the situations...

hmm... got to my table with Jenny, Eve, Leon, Alice, Steven, and 4 of the rest... sorry i'm bad at remembering names... :S.... we had 10 course meal... but then i skiped some of it since i was busy walking around seeing people and camwhorin!!! wahahaha... :P....



One more thng!!! i WON A SANDWICH MAKER!!!! its d lucky draw thing going on during the night... my ticket number was called a few times actually... i didn't notice after a few calls... hehehe... i was somehow busy taking pictures of my friends.!!! hahahah... such a memorable night...

BTW... forgot to talk bout the Miss KBU girls!!! well... one of them which is Su Ee... did sing last night... she sing damn well!!! i heard of her being damn good at singing... but that night was the 1st time i heard her sing... i was melting!!! :S.... hehehe... hmm... damn!! cant rmber what she sang! :S... but for sure she sang damn well.. hehehe... as for the Miss KBU Crown... it goes to Natasha!!!! :P.... Miss Talent is Ruveena!! wohooo!!! Miss Forever 21 goes to Dameli!!!... not sure of other category... i'll add on after i get to know of it... hehehe.. :P.... GO NATASHA!!!! The 1st Miss KBU!!! :)....

after all the Miss Kbu even, lucky draw, and so on... there's this band peformance goin on... they did two songs if i'm not mistaken.. one is just a peformance song.. and another is for the slow dance thinggy... :P... i cant slow dance... :S... dancing with Dameli was like so frikkin stiff... i just cant dance... compared to her... she's like damn good at dancing... u should see her dance.... then i had another dance with Eve... well. hmm... dunno what to say but it was nice.... swiched dancing parner with Leon... Dance with Alice then... :P... slow dance it so not me... but then if i get to know how to do it properly it would be nice... :)....

Dance floor is going wild!!!!! after d slow dance thinggy,,, here goes the party like atmosphere!!! everyone dance like crazy!!! hahaha... :)... it was awesome!!! and tiring though... hahaha... did some randome moves as well... got some attentions as well... but just a while... hahahaha... :P.... awesome night!!!.... seeing people who seemed to be so innocent dancing at the dance floor was kinda interesting... hehehe.. :P.... everyone was goin wild!!! :P....

after prom... :P

once the dance floor is over... most of the crowd vanished... :P.... most of them went back home since it was a long awesome night!!! some continued on for clubbing at Mist Club Bangsar... I joined some of them who went for yam cha... :))/... makaned a bit also... hehe... it was one freaking awesome night despite some minor glitch... but its ok laa.. hehhehe... i had fun and thats what matters.. hahahaha... :P by the time we're done lepaking for a while it was already 3am if i'm not mistaken... but wat i'm sure is that i reached home at 3.30am... hehhehehe... cant wait for some similar event like this or even a better ones... :)...

Custom Reed Valve Cage 4 SS2 or F1ZR...

This is for those out there who wants to upgrade you're ride, SS2(in malaysia) or F1ZR(in Indonesia, Thailand and some others) bike, which is the same bike but called differently in different places. Not many people modifies SS2 or F1ZR nowadays since its an old bike and most people go for Four Stroke bikes... Changing d original reed valve to a bigger ones increases the performance of the bike by certain percentage... by the feel of it, it does have a big difference... performance increases drastically... most people use RXZ/125zr reed valve, which both of them is just the same... i don't know if there's other reed valve that can be used....

left is the RXZ/125Z valve that i'm going to use...
the right is the original reed valve...

fitting in d reed valve of these bikes requires some modification... procedures of doing so will be provided in this post... :P... but u need all the tools and materials required to make to make this customized reed cage... procedures of doing so will be explained in this post...hehehhe... :P

actually there's ready made for this modification(only one picture available for this item)... but its hard to get nowadays plus its damn expensive... :S... around RM4oo... and the cost for me to making mine is lesser than RM100... BIG DIFFERENCE!!! :P

he comes the procedures of making ur own reed cage...

wat u need is aluminium sheets(RM10 depends on where you get them from)



file bits... impact drill... vice grip... and whatever things that needed and as seen in the pictures later on..



but before that u need to do some measurements and make a template...



some holes drilled on the aluminium sheets according to the template...
must be damn precise btw...



drill holes to in the middle for the sheets and remove the middle piece...
btw before doing this, all the holes the was drilled on earlier on must be aligned properly and super straight... :P



after removing the middle piece, the edges will be uneven... it must be even and smooth... use the File Bit to file through the uneven parts...

next is to bind all those pieces together with a Metal epoxy... get the slow setting epoxy... coz it is bonds stronger....

this is what u get once u've stick them together... btw this is only the lower piece...
its just the same procedure for the middle piece...



the two piece on the right should be sticked together with the top left piece... which will make the middle piece... :)...



this is what u get once the is done and after sending it to the machinery shop to lathe (for super flat surface to avoid leakage) and make thread for the screws. ... it was around RM30 for that... next is to refine the outer sides...



the bottom piece screwed onto the engine... and the middle pice placed on top of the bottom piece...



the reed valve installed in... :)



the intake manifold installed... its basically a curved pipe welded on a flat square metal sheet... :)



carburetor installed... btw its not the stock carburetor... this is 34mm KOSO Racing Carburetor,,, which increases the peformance quite a lot as well... the stock carburetor is just 20mm throttle opening... 14mm difference... planing to get a 38mm Keihin Racing Carburetor... but i need to wait for that since its kinda expensive... :P

Well... this is only one part of the modification needed to achieve top speed out of a small engine... i've been through 200km/h on my bike with additional of some other modification to the engine... which i might probably post it next time... and going that speed for only short distance drag race... 400 meters... maximum is for 1 km... i dont dare go further than that coz i dont want my engine to blow... :S... good luck for those who wants to make this item... :)...
